I can't wait for the state fair

It will be fair season all over the country soon. I love going and seeing all the live stock, particularly the chickens, and talking to the 4H'ers.

My favorite is the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe, WA.

Now that I am getting closer to my own farm I love going even more.

Are any of you showing your birds at a fair?

I just showed mine last week came home with 4 ribbons out of 10 chickens ;P

I can't wait either! I love the livestock barns. The poultry barn last year is where we fell in love with chickens!!
