I had planned on incubating some of the eggs from my own pullets, but I caved. I was at the Feed Store and I got to talking about baby chicks and I kept thinking about all the sad stories that have been posted about mishaps with incubation. I went a head and ordered 4 Barred Rock chicks. They are due 13 March. I think I should wait until I get bit more experience. Also, there are some modifications I need to do to the coop so I thought it was best if I postponed my incubating adventure.
