I consider myself a new homesteader

I got chickens about 5 months ago. I have 13. I've always loved birds, and unsurprisingly, chickens are no different. People often think chickens are cold or aloof, but they are sweet and full of personality. I also have 3 Nigerian dwarf goats who are about 3 months old. And 3 turkeys who are probably about a month old. I currently have two quail in the IQU (intensive quail unit, previous the ICU, intensive chicken unit for a bantam I had who couldn't reach the food and water dishes he was so small.), as something got into their pen night before last, they were the only survivors. But both have lived through the night so I have hope. Please enjoy some pictures of my silly barnyard family.
