I just posted this over in the goose section, but thought I might find some help here faster.

I am hatching my Pilgrim's eggs in an incubator, as she just couldn't sit still long enough. Yesterday (day 30) two adorable little goslings hatched! They are cute and noisy and seem very healthy. The other two eggs have movement, but no internal or external pip. I made a little hole in the shell at the top of the air cell and jacked up the humidity even more, still no internal pip. The membrane seems very thick and dry. There is movement though, and they were set at the same time.
I don't want to hurt them if they need more time, and I don't want to let them suffocate if they need help...
So distressing. I'm just not sure what to do.

Does anyone have any advice?

Well i would leave them a bit longer in the incubator, you made a hole in the shell, oh no, tell me you read about this, you candled the egg and looked for the beak first right? If not do that now till you find the beak so that they can breathe, if the membrane is very dry than you can moisten it with some warm water but make sure the water doesnt go close to the beak because that could drown the chick. I only own chickens i dont have any geese so i am not sure if that is how it works for them to...
Good Luck!!

Thank you for the help and the hug. Yes, I did candle and check for the beak and such. I got the "make a small hole" from a really long detailed hatching post in the goose section. I hope I did the right thing. I just feel unsure, since two are already hatched and fluffy. I was wondering if it's possible for two to be so much more ready than the others? Or if the others need help because of an imperfect hatching environment? Since I put them in the incubator I feel responsible... I'll keep watching.

There's still movement, so I'm still watching! Checked on them every hour last night. I just wonder at what point do I help? It's so hard to know...

They still haven't. That's part of my confusion. I have two two day old fluffy little goslings, and two eggs that haven't even pipped! There's still movement. I just don't know how long I should wait. Or what to do if/when I intervene. I wish their mama would have just sat... this is just way too much pressure.

Oh my goodness, thank you! That is exactly what I needed to see. I'm going to go read it again. Thank you, thank you!

How are they doing?
Did you intervene?
If you still haven't, good luck when you do, it is very stressful but if they survive it is soooo worth it! :D
