I ordered all of this from Ideal for 40$
Is Ideal known for throwing in extras?
Did I pick out some good chickens?
Is blue swedish ducks a good breed?

Sorry I don't know if they are good chicks or ducks, but I still wish you the best with them.

Looks good but are you sure you wanted to put in two roos? Since there is a chance you get a boy from the girls and a roo to girl ratio of 1:4 is kind of high.

Don't know about the ducks but I know that Milli Fleur d Uccle looks real good in my book.

This time of year they probably wont send extras. A few weeks ago they sent extras with mine but I only had 2 babies in the box. They sent 11 male RIR. It's neat that you got such an assorted order.

Thats good, Are they good on shipping how fast do they ship 1-2 weeks or how many days?

They should send you an e-mail telling you what day they are going to ship. They never sent an e-mail to me and I ended up having to call them. It took 3 weeks to get my order together.

Darn, I just called Ideal yesterday and they said they were TOTALLY out!
I wanted to ADD to my order which is shipping today. I origianlly ordered 11 - they didn't have two so I'm down to 9 chicks, and rather than having extra males - I thought I'd add to my order a few more chicks - but they said NO.....
Now I'm a little annoyed!

Sorry to jump on your post - I also was thinking about ducks, I'd LOVE to have a few, I think they're too cute!
