I am trying to hatch coutournix quail eggs, it is day 15, and I don’t see an air sac. Will the eggs still hatch?

I am trying to hatch coutournix quail eggs, it is day 15, and I don’t see an air sac. Will the eggs still hatch?

day 15 might be a bit early for it, but some of my chicken eggs had that happen after they pipped internally. They were fine, it wasn't that the aircell was gone it was just broken and the air was inside the egg and the chick had moved into the now free space.
