you might want to give her water with a syringe.to keep her from getting dehydration.

Feel her abdomen, is it more like a hot water bottle? If so some eggs may may burst inside of of her or she could have ascites (more common in broiler hens so I hear). It's possible to 'drain' the hen if she has either one but it's not really advisable if you end up doing more damage than good with it. Try resting her on a hot water bottle covered with a towel (or something to stop direct contact with the bottle) and see if that eases her pain a little. Sometimes there's not much you can do to save them, if you know of a more experienced person that may have dealt with this problem before then contact them.

If you do decide to try to drain her, look for an in depth guide on how to do it. It's vital that if you do decide to give a go DO NOT DRAIN HER TOO FAST.
 
I'm sorry! I'm dealing with a sick chicken now and wondering if she will make it...
