Yes this is most defenitly not the first time that happened to me.

I called back later and asked the guy on the phone (a different guy luckily...) what the difference between their two shavings were. The flake and the fluff (or whatever its called) he told me that.

Then I asked him the price

Then I started to ask him how much was in a bag, but he cut me off because he thought I was asking the price again.

THAT TIME THE JOKE WAS ON HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since you mentioned it... What IS the difference between the flake and the fine? Somebody asked me this question earlier and I had no clue... It is sort of bugging me! I don't normally buy shavings from them but, up here they are having a special: 2 bags for $7! So, I will probably skip in there on Saturday to get some! But I would really like to know the difference before then...
