I have 19 (plus) week old pullets - white leghorn, BR, EE, and a red sex link. The sex link has been laying for a few weeks now. The other three are taking their sweet time... have been squatting, and have had bright red combs and wattles for a while now.

I check the nest box often, hoping to see a glimpse of a blue egg, or a white egg, or *two* brown eggs. Nothing yet.

So - here I am, since the last time I posted to ask about egg-laying timing I ended up with an egg in the box.

I know that nobody can really help with the problem of trying to predict the future of a hen's ovulation from long distances or vague descriptions.

Think it might work again? Any bets on finding two eggs tomorrow?

With the death of 2 of my hens, I now have two layers and I got two eggs to day... black star and EE.
