I finally got my Black Copper Marans!!

Ok, well I don't have them yet, but they'll be here on Thursday!! I have 12 BCM eggs in the bator, but only 6 have been developing, so when I saw these 7 BCM chicks on eggbid I just had to buy them!! They're from W. Jeane lines, so they'll go well with any of the ones in my bator that actually hatch. And they're already 6 weeks old, so that'll put me getting eggs from them a good 2 months earlier than the ones in the bator!! They should start laying sometime in Feb/March. Yippee!!

I am getting my blue and black copper marans on saturday also from Wade Jeane's line ! I should be getting 6-8 2 or 3 day old chicks! I can't wait. Hope yours arrive safely !
