To be honest i want to know how healthy the chicks will be and if i breed with him what would be the best chicken to breed him withWhat are you wanting? It all depends on what you want. If you’re just wanting chicks he’ll be fine. You couldn’t get purebred from the Wyandottes and austrolop cross.
Oh sorry I thought you wanted a pure bird. The chicks should be healthy, as long as your hen is healthy and the rooster is. Make sure nothing is off in your hen! What roosters do you have? You will want to wait until a month after it starts laying, so I'm not sure if you will still have the same rooster. You could create some neat mixes as long as you don't mind mixed breeds! To be honest i want to know how healthy the chicks will be and if i breed with him what would be the best chicken to breed him with
No i dont mind mixed breeds i only care that they are healthy. Most of my roos are stil to young to see what breed they are but most will be mix breeds because most of the eggs i used were from a breeder that mixed the chickens to get a different breedOh sorry I thought you wanted a pure bird. Okay perfect! You could do a silkie rooster and get a fun looking Frizzle, but there's so many cool mixes you could try! Good luck!!!No i dont mind mixed breeds i only care that they are healthy.
