I found this trying to get in my Serama coop

Actually my dog Sunny alerted me to it. As you can see, she is very pleased with herself.

It is a Copperhead that got trapped in the wildlife netting that I put down for this purpose after a Rat Snake ate a baby duck.

OMG! I am sure glad I don't have snakes like that where I live. Lucky dog, lucky chickens, lucky you! he deserves extra treats!

Wow! Good dog!! Glad that pretty girl didnt get bitten on the nose. That netting is awesome. Poor snake. Should have stayed in the woods.......
