I found worm ,tape worm in my chicken poop. I showed it to vaterian doctor ,he prescribed me peprazin dose to chicken. I gave them, but after 25 days again I saw that worms in poop.

Do you mean piperazine? That doesn't kill tape worms. Praziquantel will.
Those don't really look like tapeworm segments to me.

Ya piperazine. Even I don't know exactly what to call them, do you know what are they?

Looks like some kind of larvae which is not a chicken parasite. No need to deworm because of those.
