I got a chicken from my in-laws, it turns out she's sick.

So, I'm fairly sad that this beautiful hen is sick, she had white discharge coming out from her little nose, even after I cleaned her beak off. She will not stand properly on her talons and will not regulate her own body temperature as well, she's worryingly pecking the air at times with no apparent goal. Is it the end for her? Should I keep her on my heating pad to keep her feet warm, and keep giving her vitamins? Or is there anti-biotics I could give her to clear up her nasal passage? Her eye's dilate, and she has her sense of balance, she uses her beak to sit up straight and basically kneel on her feet.

it looks like it was rather poor, he beak is worn down and I think her main diet was rummaging around in the mud. They just told me she's about 3.
Hmm, unfortunately it sounds like she was a battery hen at some point.
It's almost impossible to say what her problem is at this point, I'm sorry.

All good, I'm gonna make her as comfortable as possible until she recovers or passes away.

Can you post photos of her, her eyes and her poop?

Are you in the U.S.?

White discharge coming out of the nostril - can you look inside her beak for lesions or canker? Any bad smells like something rotten or yeasty?

Any signs of lice/mites or scaly leg mites?
Is her crop emptying overnight?

Pecking at the air sounds like a neurological condition. Hard to know what's causing it at her age. Could be poor nutrition, disease like Marek's or one of many other things that affect poultry.

I would start with offering supportive vitamin therapy of 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. Give her a treat of egg or tuna to help with the uptake of E.
Feed her a nutritionally balance poultry feed.
