And the duck is laying NOW!

LOL...they're not real high quality - they are giants compared to my others - but hey - I'm pretty stoked! They are COMPLETELY tame too - so low key. Their names are Ricky and Lucy.

I am waiting for a stupid conference call right now - I'll go snap some pictures later this afternoon and post them. This morning I went in and let out all my big guys and the new calls just stood at their doorway waiting...and waiting...and waiting...finally they started making a ruckus! They are in quarantine - too bad! No aviary for them just yet!

But they were real jealous! Little cuties.

I wonder if the duck will get back on her laying schedule after the move - the last owner seemed to think she'd be back at it in a few days. But dunno - will have to wait and see. I don't know what I'll do with them anyway???

Well here they are!

First my babies playing out in a puddle I made for them tonight....They haven't been named yet...I'm so bad about giving names.

Ricky and Lucy are the names we gave to our Buff Giant Dewlap Toulouse goslings! LOL!! They were born almost as big as your Ricky and Lucy! LOL!! Calls are fun birds. I lost all of mine except one Gray drake and one Pastel hen, so I guess I will have to find some more.
