I'm not new to the chicken thing though... I'm a teenager who loves her birdies. I live in the very wet and green state of Oregon. I have 5 acres of land to work with and one small coop with 3 even smaller ones for banties. I'm always trying to learn new things about my birds and how to care for them. I love to get cool ideas from other people. I like gardening and drawing and writing, and caring for my birds. I have 13 laying birds and 5 banties. I just had 8 d'Anver chicks hatch, possibly more if the last 2 eggs hatch. They are about a week old and are cared for by momma bird. I'm hoping to get new ideas for selling and raising different breeds with this site. I can't wait to meet everyone and learn from them!
