I had 4 hens, getting 3-4 eggs per day, I added 4 more hens. now NO eggs

Ok, so I had 4 hens laying pretty well. I added 4 more hens, and for 3 days I got 6 eggs a day. NOW I get maybe one a day. WTH is going on? Are they eating them? did they stop laying? the 4 i added are all losing feathers on back side as well, but was told it was bc they were pecking. the man I bought them from said he had over 100, so it made sense to me. They dont have mites, or anything like that. I tried the cream stuff, nothing. I just went and got the blu kote, and im waiting for the change.

But mostly why arent they laying, or are they eating them.

You changed the dynamics of the flock. Give them another week to sort things out and settle down. You would see signs if they were eating the eggs. Make sure you don't have crows or magpies stealing the eggs.
