I Hate Paypal!!!!

I cannot remember my password and I have I no idea the answer to the stupid security questions and I cannot pay an invoice for hatching eggs without it. The stupid help is NO HELP!!! Does anyone have ANY clue what I can do??

Yes, you can call the 1800 number and speak live to a representative. They'll reset the password. I had to do this not too long ago.

We just had a problem here with paypal. Not that. But we had to call the 1800# too today and talk to a rep.

I did an end run. I copied the sellers email address, set up a new account, and used the SEND MONEY option. Good grief what a pain in the patooty.

I write all that junk in our address book. DH does too. Don't know where else to put it?

I keep a list of all my usernames & passwords in "my documents". I update it to add new ones, change email addresses, and delete ones I no longer use. That way I can't forget any of them. DH had that same problem w/his Gmail account b/c he did not write down his password when he changed it. Gotta keep a record of it somewhere.
