hi ya i have 1 hen who wont let the rooster mate with her what can i give her to let her let the rooster mate with please ?

Welcome to BYC---Many of my hens won't let the rooster mate with them. In my case, it's the hens that are older than the rooster.
I don't think you need to do anything. It's all up to the chickens. He has to gain her respect and admiration. That takes time.

Show him how to be a mack daddy. Give him some treats that he can give to them. Be his Cyrano de Bergerac, lol.

Not much you can do just make sure he doesn't get frustrated with her and then treat her meanly
