I have two young chickens (1 roo, 1 pullet) who are listless and not eating but just a little. They have lost weight and their brestbones are bony. I took the pullet out and offered her water and food separate of the others and she drank a little water and picked at the food. She did perk up some and walk around after a nap so I put her back with the others today and tonight I notice the little red roo was bony and his crop was empty just like hers and everyone else was stuffed to the gills.

What do I need to do?

Could be several things, worms, lice, mites. Check around vent, under wings, base of tail feathers, mites look like pepper, lice are straw colored.
I would separate them from the other chickens, bring them inside and see if they eat. It is possible that the other chickens are not letting them eat.

Any other symptoms? Discharge from nostrils, eyes, runny poop?

The pullet had a wet eye this morning. I was afraid yesterday she got too hot so I started putting vinegar in the water today. But I was just reading another thread that suggested baking soda to counter the C02 loss. She did perk up a bit when I put her in front of the fan.
