After my girls sitting for what seems like forever and 4 babes not making it we now have a baby that is brown with a yellow ring around it's neck and yellow on the tips of it's feathers. We think we will have another one today. The baby is inside with us being loved on and hand fed. She fusses if she is not being held and was following my DD around the den this morning. My muscovey's and Gray call female have all been sitting so we don't know which one it is yet. We lost our RIR hen that I was trying to nurse back to health last week so we really needed this to happen. We are so excited. My DH found the baby yesterday and he was just estatic. My DD wants to have the baby for show and tell on Friday. My DH will take the baby to school and control the situatition so her friends can see my DD's new pet.
