I have a Call Duck that is 1 year old. He is cropped, so he is a house pet. At times his beak gets very warm and other times it’s cool.

I have a Call Duck that is a year old. He is crippled so he is a house pet. Sometimes his beak is very warm and other times it’s cool. Should I worry??

is that the only symptom? if he is otherwise acting fine ( eating, drinking, pooping normal, swimming in water ) then i don’t think i would worry.
what does he eat?
how is he crippled? would love to see pics - bet he’s super cute

He is the sweetest . His one leg is deformed n can’t walk on it. I was in hospital couple weeks ago, he was beside himself when I came home, snugged in my neck n really loved on me
