From a pen of birds that are somewhat of a mystery to me background wise (ok, a complete mystery).
In the pen is a simply gorgeous black roo who ended up having a lot of silver in his hackles, I was going to pet him out, but instead I put him in a pen with 2 black girls and 2 silver partridge girls to see what I would get.
The first group of chicks are black, silver partridge and 2 babies who are very pale and at this point (2 weeks), single colored. The closest I could describe them as so far is they look like lavender.
What do you suppose they will turn out to be? I can take some pics tomorrow.
