I have a lot of chickens

Hello! Long time lurker, first time caller. I have a whole lot of chickens, and just recently bought an incubator. I would love to finally be able to ask questions and learn from other's experience. I'm interested in learning to identify breeds and mix up my flock. Currently I'm working on a new coop for expansion.
My favorite breed is Ameraucana by far. But Houdans come in close second
