I have a sick hen (Hen died this morning )

When I went out to the pen this morning I noticed one of my hens had her eyes closed.I tried to pick her up but noticed clear fluid coming out of her eyes and mouth,Her chest was bloated it seemed as though she was filled with fluid??? What should I do ???She is in her own pen now and doesnt seem to be doing very good,,Any info you could help me with or tell me what it is???????the hen is a Rhode Island red,about five months old..I went out to pen this morning and hen had died
