I have an important brood question!!!

My broody silkie has never sat on eggs before and this is her first time going broody and my first broody hen. She is at 20 days today!!!!! The only thing is that within the past 4 days I have found 3 broken shells. Is she breaking them? The first one I found was just 1/2 a shell, the second egg had a peck in it but the chick was dead inside so I'm not sure if it started to hatch and then the hen pecked it and killed it or what. The last egg was broken at the side opposite of the air bubble and nothing was in it or in where my broody is.
Do any of you know what I should do? Should I stick them all in the incubator for this last day and then shuck the dry chicks under my broody?

Try that. I've had an Easter Egger that killed her chicks! I left her and the out come was 5\13 ratio of live to dead
