I have another chicken with a bleeding sore on its bottom

I previously ask about one of my chickens having a sore on its bottom. I bought cream at the feed store and she is all better now. Now another chicken was not feeling well and I have been watching her get worse. Trying to keep her in the house with fresh water, which she is drinking and eating alittle. I put an antibiotic in her water hoping it will help. She would walk around and then lay down mostly. I saw no visible signs of why she wasn't feeling good. I just picked her up today and she had a sore on her bottom bleeding tried to put ointment on it and she died. Does anybody know what this could be? Does this happen when an egg is stuck?
