I have Automatic Chicken feeders and need help?

When I put the feed into the feeders some will go all the way around but then the feed will start gettig under the chain cause the chain to lift? I know its not to much feed because this feeder should hold up to 2000LBS and we are only feeding the chickens 750LBS...any ideal why this would be happing?

what type of feeder do you have? I can't tell what your question is from what you wrote.
