I have cooked turkey inards--can I feed that to my chickens?

I just cooked a huge turkey and have cooked giblets left over. Can I feed these to the chickens? They LOVE all protein--bacon fat, mice, bugs, beef fat. But there's something about feeding them another fowl that seems ... well ... FOUL!

Any thoughts?

If they were mine, they'd be eating them. Gross as it sounds, I've fed my chickens chicken before. They love it and they don't know that it's great aunt Edna.
