I have know clue! Please help

What is this? What age do you think it is? Is it a boy or girl? I have never had chickens before.

I'm guessing it's a Red Sex-link pullet. And maybe about a month old. She looks similar to my Red Sex-links at about a month old. Hope that helps!

I third that!! Yeah definitely about 3 weeks or so....

Here's some of mine at 3 weeks, if comparison helps....

In this one, the lighter one right up front is a sex link, and the white one towards the back, the others are RIR's

The sex links are the lighter ones in this pic too, don't judge so much by the very white one though... I happen to have a Sex link hen that is almost pure white... very uncommon.
