I have 2 incubators a homemade styrofoam cooler and a little giant still air. Currently my homemade bator has the last 3 developing eggs from our EE out of 6 orginally, they go on lockdown Saturday the 13th. And in the still air I have 9 Jersey Giant eggs ( I candled last night. 5 look good and unsure about 3 and 1 is a dud ) but they are only on Day 7. I am not entirely confident my homemade bator will hold the higher humidity for my EE eggs but I know for sure the LG will. My question is should I switch all the eggs around and put the Jersey eggs in the homemade and my EE eggs in the LG for the lockdown and hatch days? Or could I just put the EE eggs in with the Jersey eggs in the LG? I have been running the dry method with them and I was wondering if it would be okay to have a higher humidity on the Jersey eggs for a couple days even though they are only on a different day? I want them all to survive so I dont want to jeopardize the hatch in any way. Can anybody help me or shed some light on this for me before lockdown? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Okay so I revamped my cooler bator and put the Jersey eggs in it. I put a fan in the top, the temp on top of the eggs should be 99.5° or 100.5°?
