He can't walk well or hold his head up. Is there even a chance whatever is going on with his eyes will resolve or not impede his ability to eat, or should I cull him now?

I wonder if he's blind? Hard to check on such a freshly hatched bird. Their visual responses are zany at best even with normal presentation.

I don't think there is much hope of any.

I read up on it a while back. Nothing said it was treatable.
