One has started laying. The other one hasn’t. Or maybe they’re both laying one egg every other day? I know it’s weird that they started in winter. I’m in Northern California so we have mild winters.
Thoughts?

Your chickens should have been laying for over one year now. What are you feeding them?? Do they get enough protein??
Wishing you best,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, :highfive:
Oh crap. They were born in July 2020 lol.
It's not winter, but reduced daylight. What do you feed them?
they have a mixture of layer and scratch and they free range on bugs and grass all day. I also give them mealworms every day
