The light colored does look like a poorer quality Light Brahma.
I would say the black is probably a poorer quality Jersey Giant. More than likely, if it's a hatchery bird, they have Australorps breeding with JG and are just calling them some kind of black chicken.
The other, I would say is probably and EE with a very strong Leghorn influence, she looks very much like a Brown Leghorn pullet. It's common to intermingle them to increase productivity of the EE's.
To the other person (stephanie1992) that posted a pic of a three month old pullet, how old is it now?? In your pictures it kind of looks like a cockeral, but it's really hard to tell from the angles posted.
