So i have 2 chick, and they are four days old. I gave them some chick grit for the first few hours earlier

someone (dont say who) ran in and gave them a worm. (i dont know the reason)
would they still be ok?

Sure they will be fine.

When they are less than two weeks old I have found just a sprinkling of chick grit across their food is sufficient- like you would salt food.

So it sounds like everything is OK.

they'll be fine. If you go to the websites for most of the hatcheries, the FAQ pages will almost all say to sprinkle grit on their food like you'd salt your food. As for them getting the worm, if they'd been hatched by a hen and she had them outside digging and scratching around, whatcha think they'd be lookin for
