I have Indian Runner ducklings hatched and still hatching.

They were due tomorrow, but since I hold my eggs to set many instead of a few...I guess some want to hatch a day early...

I will get pics tomorrow after they dry out...a couple of them were still very wet..they must have just popped out.

But, for now here is a pic of the parents. There is also a White runner duck in the pen, she opted out for the pic...

The paernts are lovely..And I cant wait to see Pics of the babies.

I was at a friends house yesterday and saw her young runners... Still with the baby fluff and it reminded me of how much I miss mine not being little anymore.. But I came home to find a first egg laid by one of my 22 week old girls... So maybe soon I will hear the pitter patter of little Runner feet in my house again too.

They are very pretty runners... looking forward to seeing the duckling pictures... they do look much better when dry. : )

Here are they are- There are 12 of them...one is hidden under two on the left side of the pic. Looks like I have some gray(mallard), fawn, fawn & white, and maybe a white and a couple I am not sure about the color... They are just do laid back right now

..I guess they are exhausted from cracking out of those egg shells..
