Remove any eggs you find. Pinless peepers may help too. Gotta break that habit.

Firstly, collect your eggs as soon as your hens have finished laying them.
Secondly, get ceramic eggs (golf balls work too) to put in the nesting boxes, so that the hens will learn to not eat eggs.
Lastly, try to keep them entertained outside the nesting box area. Make things more interesting away from the nesting boxes. This has always worked for me

Use roll away nest boxes and your chickens will not be able to reach the eggs after laying.

How many birds do you have?
How big is your coop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions, and pics(inside and out), would help immensely here.
What all and how exactly are you feeding?

If all else fails, curtains over the fronts of the nest boxes sometimes help.
