I Just got a 3 day old emden today she has been very healthy energy wise but i am worried and need s

She has had a very faint little click when she is sleeping its not all of the time though. she also got some saliva from small sneeze on me but it was clear and didnt seem worrying. This is my first gosling so i just have no clue. she also has like a little hot spot more of a very small missing patch of fuzz on her wing it doesnt look irritated but its yellow small and looked like a crusty little scab. I asked a woman at tractor supply and she told me to put M-T-G on it with a dab of my finger which I did. Basically I just want to know if im being crazy or if i should take her to my vet tomorrow.
