I just joined today!!!! Yay

Hi everyone, I am so excited to be a new member of this forum. My son and I are from Tucson, AZ and will be moving to Benson, AZ soon. Anyone else from this part of Arizona? Three weeks ago we incubated 18 eggs, 12 of which were supposed to be Silkies. Sadly, only 2 hatched and only 1 was a silkie the other one looks like a white plymouth rock. My profile picture is of our 2 little ones. I read alot of information on this thread that got us through the hatching stage. I am very thankful for the wonderful information that I was able to glean from this forum. I want to say thank you very much. By the way we named the silkie, Splash and the other one Tweety. We are having so much fun with them. We ordered some more silkie eggs from ebay and can't wait to get them. I can't believe how much fun we are having with these 2 chicks.
