I was takingmy hubby to the eye doctor to get a wood chip pulled out of his eye...so he didn't have his contacts in. This HUGE buck walked right out onto the highway in front of me...I was going crazy going, WOW!! Look at that...Wow!! Mike was like, "What? What?" I said, "Look at that big ole buck!" He was like, "Where? Where?" LOL...He couldn't even make out a blurry blob!!

I went out to my IL's land the other night after dark. Deer everywhere!
They were still does in groups with yearling?? babies and spike bucks among them.
The bucks weren't chasing them yet, it's very very early in the rut season here.

I think modern gun starts next Saturday, so they will magically melt into the forest on Friday night never to be seen again! lol
