I just skip past the "lost last night" sounding threads...........

I read through the thread titles and sometimes-most always- I just cannot bring myself to read about the heartache and losses that anyone else has endured due to predators. Anyone else do this? It's not that I don't care, I do, but it's just so sad..........kinda like see no evil, hear no evil stuff. Feel the same??? And please don't get me wrong, I've lost my share between ducks and babies. Trust me.....and caught the culprits too

but it has to be done......but does anyone else just try to NOT read these threads???? And does it make you go out and double secure your coops?? It does for me.

I kinda wish we had a thread called "if I'd only known, this is what I would've done different". Ooohh, I'm gonna do that now.........
