How much is too much for chicks?
I just find myself walking by their brooder and kneeling down for five to ten mins at a time just watching and *wanting* to play...
But is that ok?

I handle mine a lot...some like it and some don't...I tend to just handle those that like it more, but I probably should handle the ones that don't like it more as well, because they are the ones that need it more...but I try to respect their wishes...

I worry about them being too friendly too, because once they are outside, they will have to deal with wild life and being friendly with wild life isn't a good idea.

I want to bring them out to sit with me while im on the computer or sitting and doing a buncha nothing

Just keep them warm. New chicks sleep a lot. We handle ours a lot! And every day! I love watching and just looking at them..... love, love, love it! It is very addicting!
