Great just give them some hiding places ~ my ducks & chickies have secure houses at night but no "runs" they just walk around 3000 sq feet of my fenced in yard where I have put lots and lots of hiding places for them (picnic tables, childrens playhouses, small trees, large bushes, patio umbrellas, etc ) I call it 'hawk cover' we have a LOT of hawks here but in 7 years thank God we have not had an attack.

Up by our house they have loads of hiding places and they’re good at it! There’s not many hiding places in the pasture. Just man made houses/shelters. I’ll keep that in mind. We are trying to plant trees out there but it’s hard with the goats!
