I Love my Ducks!!!

Okay, all my birds act kinda crazy when I walk up. My chickens start clucking as if they are say "Ladies I have no idea what is about to happen but I bet it is going to be good." My Turkeys (Food, FOod, FOOd, FOOD!!!!!!!) The ducks however, They are always like. "Run, we are all going to die if we don't run!" Then I give them food or water and then they are like "GET THE WHATEVER HE JUST BROUGHT US NOW!!!" To be absolutely truthful my response to the ducks is a deep sincere laugh. The ducks make my day

Ducks are crazy and one can't help but smile at their antics. I found myself saying to my brother in law today that nothing they do can be explained.

I am a great bird lover In general, but ducks are my favorite, I am terribly amused by them.

I would have to agree, it's a full time job trying to keep their water and coop clean. You can turn your back to them for a split second and they have just undone what you were trying to do. It's so hard to be mad at those little Cuties.

EXCEPT when they hear me take the lid off the metal garbage can that holds their food, all my runner ducks act as if I am planning to murder them. When it's feeding time, I have come close to that cliché experience of being pecked to death by ducks. It's actually more laughable than painful!

Ducks are incredibly funny! I never would have understood this 2 yrs ago - they have even won over my hubby. Our pekin, Thelma makes us laugh every day. She is either squawking she lost the others, trying to act like the head bobbing muscovies or cool like the this yr Khaki Campbell girls. funny, funny critters
