hi i got three Plymouth rocks and two died so i am left with one lonely chicken she has been showing sines of board om i live in Macallan Texas and i want to know if there are any animal shelters near me that rescue chickens my favorite

You can get some chicks and put them in a run near her until they grow up or are old enough to be let out. Maybe she would even care for them. In the meantime, put a mirror out there for her

the one chicken is 16 weeks one chick was killed by my moms husky i hate that dog! one had a problem from bad breeding her neck was twisted and what happens is the spine started to twist and she looses her balance and falls on her back and flaps her wings and kicks her legs and she cut her self in the neck and every time she fell she scratched more and more and one day she tore her wind pipe
