I need advice

I have 15 cream legbar eggs that all look like tjis at 64 hours. Is this a good thing? Ive made my own Styrofoam incubator. Still air. It stays between 99-103 with 50 percent humidity.

103 is too high.
Cooler is better than hotter than 99.5
