I need advise opinions something please! (club footed chick?)

I have a chick about 3 days old that's legs are turned inward. He had been getting around eating and drinking. I figured with time he would adjust and learn to walk on his legs the way they are.....bit now it seems he may have dislocated his hip? He wont bend his leg and keeps it stretched out to the side. He still moves around but as sad as it is he just moves in a circle because he only pushes with one leg. He can get to the food but can't get himself set up enough to water. So he peeps real loud which is my cue to go hold him up and let him drink. Is there anything I can do for this little guy? If its a displaced hip can it be set? And how do you do that? I think if that's possible he will learn to walk. Am I being cruel and selfish not wanting to "put him down"? And body any ideas? Would really appreciate any help!!!
