I need and want to learn about Saxony ducks, help!!!!

Last year, a friend gave me 4 ducks, one male and 3 females (Jack, Minim, Mimi and ChaCha) the four little one have been living for the last 8 months in the back of my office where we have a small protected water hole, I was told they are about a year old.

When will they have littke ducks? when and where do tehy lay the eggs? what do I so with the eggs? put in a safe place? I'm a complete ignorant when it comes to ducks or chickens or anything farm, I'm sorry, I just do not know what to do other then watch'em! i love my ducks and want to protect and hopefully have more!

i need to learn, is anyone out there that can guide me? I researched the net but found nothing in regard to Saxony behaivor and life stages, how long do they live?

Hi, I don't know much about the breed myself, but I did place an order with Holderreads for some Saxony ducklings this spring. They do offer breed bulletins in their catalog. I don't know if the bulletins would have the information you are looking for, but you could give them a try. Good luck!
