I need expert help with breed and gender.

I have six babies that were all hatched about 2/14/13. Three regular size and three bantam. The three regulars are all suppose to be girls. Please confirm this and give me thoughts on breed. I need help on both for the bantam

The little white one has four toes, the other two little ones have five toes. Gender guess?
