I need Fox help ASAP!

Im going threw the same thing right now. I got three ducks and the same night one was mangled in the chicken run, second night next one POOF disapeared from the dog crate i had them in in the shed, Now i got the last one in something alot more secure and nothing has gotten to it but now im worried about my chicks since it found my ducks...god knows whats next. Im working on getting a have a heart trap and hatching this little bugger whatever it is. Once I get it, i will take it from there.

I'd had fox predation for years, I once saw the fox jump over a four foot fence to get into the chickens. I think I finally got it solved by enclosing the chicken run with 6 1/2 foot fence with a buried section to prevent dig under. So far, so good, no predation yet this year. I have always hatched more then I needed to compensate for the occasional predator. The worse are of course the neighborhood dogs, they will slaughter your entire flock in less then an hour. Raccoons if they can get into your coop will come back every night until the chickens are used up.
